Welcome to the Clingi Affiliate Program, an initiative designed to reward individuals, content creators, influencers, bloggers, entrepreneurs, and digital marketers who help grow the Clingi community by referring new users to our platform.
Clingi is a trusted online marketplace built for Africa, where users can buy and sell general goods and services. By becoming a Clingi Affiliate, you’ll earn commissions and bonuses for every user, seller, or buyer you bring to the platform, based on qualified actions.
This document outlines the full terms, eligibility, reward structure, and code of conduct for participation in our Affiliate Program.
2. Who Can Join?
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid Ghana Card or national ID (for KYC purposes)
Must have an active website, blog, YouTube channel, email list, or social media presence
Must provide accurate mobile money or bank account details for payments
Must agree to and comply with Clingi’s terms, privacy policy, and brand guidelines
We especially welcome partners based in Ghana and across West Africa, including digital entrepreneurs, tech educators, mobile agents, eCommerce influencers, and local business promoters.
3. Program Overview – How It Works
Apply to Join: Visit www.clingi.com/affiliateand complete the sign-up form. Our team will review your application within 1–3 working days.
Get Approved and Onboarded: Once approved, you’ll receive:
A unique affiliate ID and tracking link
Access to your affiliate dashboard
Promotional banners, email templates, and social media kits
Start Promoting Clingi: Use your link to promote Clingi across your channels. Share Clingi’s value—buying and selling made easy, mobile money integration, affordable listings, and more.
Earn Commission: You’ll earn commissions when users take qualifying actions through your referral link (see below).

Note: Clingi reserves the right to cap or adjust commissions during promotions or high-volume periods.
5. Payment Terms
Minimum payout threshold: GHS 50
Payout methods: MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo, or direct bank transfer
Payout schedule: Payments are processed monthly, by the 15th of each month for earnings from the previous month
Currency: All commissions are paid in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS)
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is up to date. If a payout fails due to incorrect details, Clingi will retry the payment once after notification.
6. Cookie & Tracking Policy
Cookie duration: 30 days
If a user clicks your affiliate link and signs up within 30 days, it will count as your referral—even if they return later without clicking again.
Last-click attribution is used (the most recent affiliate to refer the user gets credit).
Tracking is done via your affiliate dashboard, where you can monitor:

Signups
Purchases
Earnings
Payout history
7. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must follow these guidelines when promoting Clingi:
You may:
Share your affiliate link on blogs, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or email
Use Clingi's official logos, banners, and text provided in your dashboard
Offer personal testimonials or genuine reviews of your experience
You must not:
Use false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Clingi
Pretend to be a Clingi employee or representative
Use spam, bots, or automated scripts to generate referrals
Place affiliate links in paid ads that target Clingi’s brand keywords
Promote on adult, hateful, illegal, or deceptive websites
Refer fake users, duplicate accounts, or perform self-referrals
Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
8. Fraud Prevention & Verification
Screenshots of promotions may be requested
Traffic source explanations may be required
Verification of ID or bank details may be requested
Referrals found to be fake, inactive, or abusive will be disqualified
Persistent abuse may result in legal action or reporting to regulatory authorities.
9. Termination & Suspension
You breach any part of this policy
You attempt to game or manipulate the program
Your referrals generate high refund or dispute rates
You go inactive for more than 3 consecutive months
You may also leave the program at any time by contacting: affiliate@clingi.com All pending commissions will be reviewed upon termination. Approved earnings above the threshold will be paid within 30 days.
10. Changes to the Program
Clingi reserves the right to modify the affiliate terms, commission structure, promotional tools, or payout schedules at any time. You’ll be notified via email or your affiliate dashboard if any material changes occur.
